LOVED this movie and of course the era! Diane Lane's outfits are inspiration in their own right! The story is amazing and FYI Kevin and I just so happened to be at a dinner party at the King Ranch a couple years ago where I actually got to see the Triple Crown for the Horse, War Admiral, the 1946 Triple Crown. They kept it on the buffet in the dining room. Anywhoo...a great movie, for sure! Miss you!
Did it depict any kind of violence towards horses? I had a hard time watching Seabiscuit and Black Beauty and lord knows how many other horse movies!
